REINSTATEMENTS

Section 24.4 Reinstatement  

A member who resigned in good standing or an individual whose membership was terminated for non-fulfillment of membership obligations may request reinstatement to the Junior League of Columbia.  Before a reinstatement request is considered, the former member must pay any outstanding dues or fines related to their membership.  

Reinstatement requests received after March 15 will be considered for the following League year. Reinstatement requests received after January 1 will be considered for meeting and shift work only. Exceptions may be considered only under extraordinary circumstances with the approval of the Executive Management Team.   

Reinstatement requests will be reviewed by the Vice President of Membership Council.  

An individual whose membership was terminated for non-fulfillment of her membership obligations may be reinstated upon completion of any requirements outlined in the Policies.
